If you're in an alliance whose hosting site is allowed access to the game, you can set that site to be where you upload spy ops/advisor reports. Then, on the advisor page, just click the link that says "upload advisor to <your alliance site>", and it'll be uploaded. You may or may not have to copy/paste your member API key into your site.
