Short story:

Back when I first moved to Eugene Oregon I met this great man at his restaurant that quickly turned into an awesome friendship, shortly after I joined the soccer group he was in and we played every Monday night and Saturday morning all year round unless ice covered the pitch, happened few times lol, great atmosphere and a very diverse group, I just got a text with this link from a friend and it made me tear up, Shawn (that's how he spells his name, he's Persian) and his family have been through tough times with health and recently the pandemic, I'm so happy to see much needed funds come available for him, he's one of the most loving humble person I've ever met!
