Hmmm I thought as I pondered this one.
After a few cups of coffee I presented my decree.
If you have male parts,you don't belong in a girls locker room.

However,that being said Transgender people need to be accommodated just as handicapped are.
As such, all schools ,in fact all public buildings shall be required to have separate facilities for these.
So now transgender can shower,bath use the facilities in their own privacy and that ends the problem.
This King thing is getting easier now.

There is an app available to find a transgender/gay fluffhouse if your having trouble finding a confortable spot to fluff.
For the record transgender is handicap, severe mental. The real fix is bring back institutions that housed them.
