can't figure it out. the lighting looks wrong.

if the sun is behind the moon, why can i see features of the moon, but if it's not behind the moon why is venus round.

oh well. just looks goofy.

Funny, I checked the photo and it states right on it that the sun was behind the moon.

With Venus visible above the moon at the 11 O'Clock position, it would stand to reason that the sun was in fact behind the moon when the picture was taken.

ugh, if it's behind the moon, then what is lighting up the features of the moon so that i can see them? the camera flash?

and i said, "hmmm, must be difficult for the aliens to see the planets when they are driving from the outside of the solar system inwards and the planets are on the same side of the sun as they are." but they probably have better technology than my tired eyes.

i dunno. i kinda think that Venus might be kinda big because it should be on the far side of the sun, since it's all lit up and i can see it. but what do i know, last time i checked out Venus, she had boobies.
