Perhaps also, reduce the cooldown of Foreign Aid to and from countries you have a Trade Pact with?

here's one, I can't find accurate information on late game nw required to FA or attack someone...

Supposedly, the formula is something like (turnsleft/31.7)^2+1.05

How about you implement that into the message (Ally is too large) or (Humanitarian's won't allow you to attack this opponent) so it auto calculates how much networth you need in order to perform an action?

This is particularly frustrating at end of set as it requires human calculation and searching for an asinine formula.

welp, looks like the direct send FA page has "ally must be 50% of your networth" but the Relations Page does not and simply says "Cannot send FA (ally is too large)".

Different formulas for different things. :(
