Yeah I think CD to 3% was advocated for for a while, and even some wardogs (myself) were for it, but bomb structures has always been the CS killer. I dont think anyone in the community has ever liked the CS pull it gets lol. I've been whacked by it a few times and it always dazzles me how much damage it does lol.

Kinda like ClanGDI. It's a decent idea but you can't just do half of it haha. Kinda gotta build in politics and pacts and war and stuff. It sounds like work so here we are with a bunch of half way finished mechanics haha. Some call it quirky I guess....
