.44 = %44 return differential
Your 2nd and 3rd hits were only %37 and %40 off of 4379's first return, but only about %30-%35 off his 2nd to last hit.
You also forgot to put in this hit that happened in between that news....

Which MIGHT have a WEEEE bit to do with why the returns fluctuated.
Trust me...I can tell you exactly why your returns fluctuated like that, and it had nothing to do with land, and was only partially due to NW....none of these causes would lead to needing a 360+ HPK in a FS.
