Nice looking country.
Only change i would suggest is getting bus/res tech to 110% or 115% or 120% (I would never go past 150% as it costs too much, how high you go depends on the cost of tech and time left in the set)
Because it may cost you around 50m cash to get it, But then you gain like 250k extra per turn. = money back in 200 turns. Then everything after 200 turns = profit!!!
(calculations are estimates. but the general theory applies, and since i cant see your tax revenue i cant do exact calculations. So you can do those calculations if u like to find out the optimal amount.)
