what drove this issue in my mind was the combination of playing sporadically this set and CONSTANTLY logging in to 126(120) while having sporadic net access, as well as very recently seeing a ~75 member alliance kill 30+ countries in a very short period of time (less than 24 hrs?).

Please take your political bullfluff elsewhere -- you tried to give me fluff for "putting words in your mouth" on another thread, yet you've been spreading "my opinion" in this thread like a dumbass -- especially since you're trying to tie politics into admin fluff, which as you know is not a good combination.

get your head out of your ass and understand that what I do is far above any petty political fluff you wish it was about.
