I don't see any point either. The only reason you're buying food is because it doesn't decay on the market. If you can't zero cash decay, then at some point beyond $2bil you switch over to food, delaying the rise of bushels. If you zero decay, then there is no need to buy cash saving on being taxed first from buying it, then again when you sell it.
Sol didn't give me the chance to play with a capless market, and this set I was only losing $1mil a turn in decay so just ignored it, but I think it powers up the demo tremendously, but slows down the market fluctuations, where people don't have to buy on the market.
