I think this is bad for the game, and it's only just starting to appear now. I've been trying to make a country to exploit it since you brought this change in, but clan politics keep getting the better of stockpiling, and now I intend to take the next set and maybe 3 rounds off... So someone else has gotta do it.

But it's prolly a good example of how changes take a while to stabilise and for everyone to figure out. Warring makes it incredibly deadly if you can start each day with $4bil. Restart aids will just boost everyone out of range. My medic strat is awesome.
