ZDH: u want to stop on ur own or you want to stop with "help"


Of cause there are sideeffects but try to pill (champix), i used that, i think its great.. but if u want to use the pill u need to want to stop also. If you stopping cause someone want you too and u dont really want, it dont help...

dont use nicotin stuff, only makes u more addicting.
