I am not in llaars tag but i think you guys arent understanding something here.
He decided he was going to war you guys, decided since u had the numbers he needed 2 weeks to prep since he was in full netting mode. Then SF FSed NBK. So his netting set is out the window, so he should still follow through with his plans to show that he was going to retaliate your actions. This wasnt a, 'im looking for someone to war so should pick someone evenly matched'. This was a you did something i didnt like so i am going to war you out of injustice'.
Saying he cant war you is like saying a 50 country tag is allowed to hit a 200 country clan 100 times a day. And the 200 country clan isnt allowed to kill the 50 country clan, because its not a fair fight.
You must distinguish between fighting for a fun war. And fighting cause you pissed someone off.
