Well 2 are still alive in a 'spamtag' -- after dumping their turns + stock + missiles on us in your FS.

I haven't heard anything about restitution for that and I've been watching the forums for it, since my country could use some aid :)

like I said before -- it seems like these countries got away with taking part in the war against us until a point where their involvement no longer mattered, and then they bowed out to net. That's not exactly kosher with me, as a PDM member.
