About the 2 DH, I'm just saying it would only accomplish anything if there's a set attack TIME, otherwise someone will still attack first. Maybe Deerhunter is saying as soon as the 400th turn arrives it's open game, and using the 400th turn as a "time," in which case I guess this is already what he's suggesting and I was misunderstanding.

But... if it were me, I would like no rules and to open myself to special attacks whenever I want. Let me attack other people to get big. Let me play how they would in a regular round, with complete freedom. This simulates reality and spans a complete range of skills.

Let this continue until a set time when war commences, or maybe until me or my opponent takes the plunge and hits the other twice or more and the fighting commences.
