TC didn't deny doing it when I questioned him about it so I assume that is indeed what happened because I can't find another explanation for it.

Hanlong:
Hanlong told me he didn't edit any countries (including his own top finish) or look at any ops (he used ops in Boxcar) but understands that it invalidates his finish, etc. He also said TC furnished him with a password and he did not hack to get it.
