Pang's Boxcar has missing news.
As far as I can tell, about 20% to 50% of the actual news is missing and not recorded in Boxcar. The missing news isn't "missing chunks of time", instead, it is missing say 1-3 attack news in between every few attacks, so it is as though Pang's boxcar is ignoring every 3rd attack news from EE ever since the server move.
For example, look at #492 as of this post:

EEstats says it has 1281 news items, of which 641 are defends and 640 are attacks.
Boxcar news of the same country shows 551 attacks and 521 defends.
The missing news problem started roughly on 2012 May 9th, so for this particular country, 283 news is recorded out of 385 actual news items - about 27% of the news isn't recorded since that time, the recorded news is interspersed between every few attacks/defends.
Alliances and other users of Pang's Boxcar needs to be aware of this for FR issues.
