0 DR is not the same as 0 ghost DR.
DR lasts for 24 hours, or disappears when you make attacks
Ghost DR lasts for 24 hours. And can not go away no matter what, until 24 hours are upt. So he can attack his way out of DR but not out of ghost DR.
