Notice how he says "this is NOT seth's country" meaning Mr Titanium is indeed Seth, BUT, at this point we still don't have comfirmation its Seth (smlandau84) but wait, wait, here it comes....




So.... Mr Titanium is indeed the Seth IYC and others claimed it was, witch also means, Seth (smlandau84).
