It's primary double tap at your own risk. I don't think there is a time line for retals. Just because your a fast growing commie at the start over a slow farmer doesn't make it so he can't retal you later. You hit someone they are entitled to try and retal back. If you can outrun like 167 did to me then perfect if not you will be hit back. Then double tapping because someone made a legit retal I don't care at that point you deserve to get wrecked then.
