1.No more than 1 gun / family. Safety measures of keeping the weapon should be applied.
When i was a kid(15++ years ago) my dad had a hunting rifle and a Walter Gun. However he was obliged to keep those in a steel box, locked.
Now, i have a gun too ( which i didn`t saw for like 10 months - last time i just took it out to shoot some fireworks ). The gun also locked in a steel box and no one else besides me has access to it.
2.No automatics to civilians ( to prevent mass killing - is harder to kill 35 people with a 12 bullets gun )
