To solve the problem we demanded reps from him and followed him back to his FFA server and did the same back until he was finally willing to aid. I we also contacted the alliances he commonly played for and informed them we would be killing him in 1a until he paid back his debt.
. After a while he finally did and we dropped the issue immediately.
