TECH LEECHING is NOT A PROBLEM... IF YOUR ALLIES DONT TECH, ITS NOT A GAME PROBLEM, ITS AN ALLY PROBLEM.
sometimes tech leeching is preferred. I know from playing some sets as a leech myself, it could be a preferred method of teching and a perfectly viable strategy!
IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DROP YOUR TECH ALLY AND FIND ANOTHER. Simple as that. Live with it, buy a box of tissues. IT IS NOT A BUG OR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
