We're pretty laid back, usually netgain, push the envelope a little and can train you and take you under a wing if you'd like.

For netting I think your best bets are RD, LaF, NM, and Evo.

If you like kicking butt and taking names go for sof, if you like plotting and scheming and dieing over and over MD. If you like being good natured but a little crazy pdm is a good place. I have then there's a bunch of alliances that do a little bit of everything
