Yah, don't know what this guy's deal is. I don't know why he attacked me at all, let alone why he ROR'd. I assume I'll be in war soon because I'm definitely hitting him again, ROR alone is enough reason to hit back twice but the fact that I bounced clinches it. I'm not moving on without getting my land back, and then he'll war me and beat me up :X
