I'm saying he never should have left his vehicle.
But then, I'm not saying he should have been "found" guilty.
I believe he was an idiot. I believe he should not have assumed the vigilante role he felt he should have. I feel that he is morally responsible for the outcome of his actions.
That isn't the same as "guilty under the law".
