I have 0 D and I've been stealing your tech.

Now I don't know if this guy has been sending everyone that message (he did steal some tech), or if it has been a response to the new rule that "messaging people and telling them your break....is also a deletable offense." posted by galleri.
But I also noticed you just grabbed him. Has the game degenerated down to 0 Defense abuse?
