Haha I had 4m food on the market and decided I needed it so I recalled it. I had 2 food riots while it was coming back. I uhhh... didn't know it worked that way. Or just didn't think about it. I actually double fudged my end game, because I also will have 16 stored turns left at the end. I must have miscalculated.
