since everyone else is doing it I thought i should join in the fun :D

This is how I think everyone will finish at the end of the year.

Playoff teams:

1. Seattle Seahawks: Super Bowl champions.
Regular Season record: 12-4
MVP: RB Marshawn Lynch
Biggest strength: Defensive secondary.
Biggest question mark: Offensive line.
Breakout player: WR Golden Tate
Why they win: Arguably the most complete team in football, can pound the ball, air out the ball, stuff the run, and have #1 secondary in football.

2. Denver Broncos: Superbowl Losers
Regular Season Record: 13-3
MVP: QB Peyton Manning
Biggest Strength: Passing Attack
Biggest Question: Running Game
Breakout Player: TE Julius Thomas (ok this is kind of cheating :P)
Why they lose: Can that running game take any pressure off Manning in the playoffs? Will the defense be as good as last year?

3. San Fransisco: Loses in the NFC championship game.
Regular Season Record: 11-5
MVP: QB Colin Kaepernick
Biggest Strength: Defensive front 7
Biggest Question mark: Injuries (both past and future ex: Colin Kaepernick in the running game)
Breakout Player: FS Eric Reid
Why they lose: Can they withstand the injury bug which they seem to have? Will Kaepernick avoid injury running the option? Does Frank Gore have enough in the tank?

4. Atlanta Falcons: Loses in NFC Divisional Round
Record: 12-4
MVP: QB Matt Ryan
Biggest Strength: Passing Attack
Biggest Question: Defense
Breakout Player: DB Desmond Trufant
Why they lose: Can that defense stop opposing offenses at least 3 times a game? Does Steven Jackson have enough left in the tank?

5. Green Bay Packers: Loses in NFC Divisional Round
Regular Season Record: 11-5
MVP: QB Aaron Rodgers
Biggest Strength: Passing game
Biggest Question: Running Game
Breakout Player: TE Jermichael Finley
Why they lose: Will a real running back please stand up? Its been 43 games without a 100 yard rusher in a game.

6. Cincinnati Bengals: Loses in AFC Championship game.
Regular Season Record: 12-4
MVP: WR A.J. Green
Biggest Strength: Wide Recievers/Tight Ends
Biggest Question: Can Andy Dalton be a playoff winning QB?
Breakout player: RB Giovani Bernard
Why they lose: Is Andy Dalton ready for the big time? Will he ever be? There are also some questions on the defensive side of the ball.

7. Houston Texans: Lose in AFC Divisional Round
Regular Season Record: 13-3
MVP: RB Arian Foster
Biggest Strength: Running Game
Biggest Question: Quarter Back
Breakout Player: WR DeAndre Hopkins
Why they lose: Matt Schaub is not a playoff quarterback. Once again Houston will get a first round bye yet make a early exit because of mistakes at quarterback and a questionable defensive secondary.

8. New England Patriots: Lose in AFC Divisional Round
Regualar Season Record: 11-5
MVP: QB Tom Brady
Biggest Strenth: Quarter Back
Biggest Question: Everyone else not named Brady or Wilfork
Breakout player: WR Kenbrell Thompkins
Why they lose: Their entire offense besides Brady is a question mark. Will Gronk be Gronk again? Can that secondary stop anybody?

9. Indianapolis Colts: Lose in AFC Wildcard Round
Record: 10-6
MVP: QB Andrew Luck
Biggest Strength: Passing Attack
Biggest Question: Defense
Breakout Player: WR T.Y Hilton
Why they lose: Will the defense be able to get enough stops? Will Bradshaw be able to run like he did a few years ago? Will Luck have to throw 50 times a game to win?

10. New Orleans Saints: Lose in NFC Wildcard Round
Regular Season Record: 10-5
MVP: QB Drew Brees
Biggest Strength: Passing Attack
Biggest Question Mark: Running Game
Breakout Player: WR Kenny Stills
Why they lose: Will the running game be able to keep defenses honest? Can they stop anybody from scoring?

11. New York Giants: Lose in NFC Wildcard Round
MVP: WR Hakeem Nicks
Biggest Strength: Passing Attack
Biggest Question: Running Game
Breakout Player: DB Prince Amukamara
Why they lose: Will their defense be able to stop the top passing attacks? Will the running game be able to generate a consistent attack?

12. Baltimore Ravens: Lose in AFC Wildcard Round
Regular Season Record: 10-6
MVP: RB Ray Rice
Biggest Strength: Running Game
Biggest Question: Pass Defense
Breakout Player: OLB Courtney Upshaw
Why they lose: The perfect storm that was last years playoff run doesnt occur again. Will trading Boldin come back to haunt the Ravens? Can Dumerville and Suggs continue their success? Will the secondary be able to stop the top quarterbacks?

Just missed the cut:

13. Washington Redskins
MVP: RB Alfread Morris
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: RG3's ACL
Breakout player: QB Kirk Cousins
Why they are here: Kirk Cousins is their breakout player. And though the defense gets back a lot of injured players will they be able to stop the top offenses?

14. Miami Dolphins
MVP: QB Ryan Tannehill
Biggest Strength: Passing Game
Biggest Question: Defensive Secondary
Breakout Player: QB Ryan Tannehill
Why they are here: This team has a lot of promise on offense and could be a sleeper AFC East pick for next year. Tannehill has potential and will show that potential but it wont be quite enough to make the playoffs.

15. St. Louis Rams
MVP: MLB James Laurinaitis
Biggest Strength: Defense
Biggest Question: Running Game
Breakout Player: OLB Alec Ogletree
Why there are here: Can Sam Bradford take the next step? Can the combo of Pead and Richardson replace the beast that was Jackson? They play in the NFC West.

16. Minnesota Vikings
MVP: RB Adrian "AP" Peterson
Biggest Strength: Running Game
Biggest Question: Quarterback
Breakout Player: FS Harrison Smith
Why they are here: Will Ponder/Cassell be able to take the pressure off of Peterson? Is age going to catch up to Allen and Williams on the D-line? Will Jennings play like last year or 2010?

17. Kansas City Chiefs
MVP: QB Alex Smith
Biggest strength: Running Game
Biggest Question: Wide Recievers not named Bowe
Breakout player: SS Eric Berry
Why they are here: The pieces are forming for a playoff team, but they arent all there yet. Will Andy Reid give Jamaal Charles the LeSean McCoy and forget he has a top-5 running back? Was last year a sign of things to come for Alex Smith or not?

18. Tennesse Titans
MVP: QB Jake Locker
Biggest Strength: Running Game
Biggest Question: Wide Recievers
Breakout Player: QB Jake Locker
Why they are here: Another team which is a couple of players away from the playoffs. Will WR Kenny Britt play like its 2012 or 2010? Will Chris Johnson live up to his 2k nickname?

19. Chicago Bears
MVP: WR Brandon Marshall
Biggest Strength: Defensive Secondary
Biggest Question: Offense (everyone not named Marshall)
Breakout player: WR Alshon Jeffery
Why they are here: How will they play under Marc Trestman new scheme? Can Forte stay healthy? Can Cutler lead this team?

20. Dallas Cowboys
MVP: QB Tony Romo
Biggest Strength: Passing Attack
Biggest Question: Running Game
Breakout Player: WR Terrance Williams
Why they are here: Tony Romo is their MVP. RB DeMarco Murray can't stay healthy. How will that switch to a 4-3 defense affect their pass rush, namely DeMarcus Ware.

Never Really In Contention:

21. Carolina Panthers
MVP: QB Cam Newton
Biggest Strength: Defensive front 7
Biggest Question: Defensive seconday
Breakout Player: DT Star Lotulelei
Why they are here: They play in the NFC South. The secondary has some questions. Do they have the right coaches for the job? Will Cam Newton play like he did to end the season last year or how played to start the season?

22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
MVP: RB Doug Martin
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: Quarterback
Breakout Player: DE Adrian Clayborn
Why they are here: Josh Freeman might not be the franchise quarterback they thought they had. Is Sciano the right coach. they have to play the Saints and Falcons 4 times this year. There is a lot of pieces on this team but will they all work properly together?

23. Cleveland Browns
MVP: RB Trent Richards
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: Passing game
Breakout player: OLB Barkevious Mingo
Why they are here: The Browns managed to draft the equivalent of Marlon Jackson from the Jackson 5 from 2012's stellar quarterback draft. Also Brandon Weeden doesnt have a great reciever on the team. While the defense should be improved and the running game has lots of potential they will only go as far as Weeden (who's older than Aaron Rodgers, think about that for a while) takes them.

24. Pittsburgh Steelers
MVP: RB Le'Veon Bell
Biggest Strength: Defense
Biggest Question: Age
Breakout player: RB Le'Veon Bell
Why they are here: On paper this is a potential playoff team, but unfortunelty for them that was 3 years ago. While the defense is still a force age is catching up, also the injury bug seems to have bit the Steelers this year. If Rothelesburger finds the fountain of youth this team could make the playoffs but more than likely this might be first losing season for the Steelers in a decade.

25. Detroit Lions
MVP: QB Calvin Johnson
Biggest Strength: Passing game
Biggest Question: Pass defense
Breakout player: DE Ezekiel Ansah
Why they are here: The Lions are an interesting team, they have all the talent in the world but have some of the stupidest plays and fouls in the NFL. If it can go wrong for the Lions it seems to go wrong. If they stop shooting themselves in the foot they just might make some noise this year.

There's always next year.

26. Philadelphia Eagles
MVP: RB LeSean McCoy
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: Defense
Breakout Player: OLB Connor Barwin
Why they are here: This is another team which could push for the playoffs or fall on their faces this year. While the offense looks like it could be a force this year there is always the question about Michael Vick's health and decision making. Also will the defense be able to keep opposing offenses out of the endzone?

27. San Diego Chargers
MVP: QB Phillip Rivers
Biggest Strength: Passing game
Biggest Question: Running game
Breakout Player: WR Keenan Allen
Why they are here: Will the passing game be able to carry this team? Will their defense stop the other team? How will their first year coach do? Will Phillip Rivers play at a pro bowl level again?

28. Arizona Cardinals
MVP: WR Larry Fitzgerald
Biggest Strength: Pass Defense
Biggest Question: Running game
Breakout Player: DB Tyrann Mathieu
Why they are here: They play in the NFC West. Will Carson Palmer play like he did in Oakland or like he did before he got hurt in Cincy? Who's running the ball? Will anyone else step up at wide reciever besides Fitzgerald?

29. Buffalo Bills
MVP: RB C.J. Spiller
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: Quarterback
Breakout Player: WR Robert Woods
Why they are here: Will EJ Manuel live up to the expectations? Is the combo of Spiller/Jackson good enough to move the ball on the ground consistently?

Its going to be a looooonnnng year

30. Jacksonville Jaguars
MVP: RB Maurice Jones-Drew
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: Passing game
Breakout Player: WR Cecil Shorts
Why they are here: Where to begin? Gabbert might just be the worst QB in the league. The defense isnt that great. Maurice Jones-Drew is a good running back but will receive the same attention as Adrian Peterson without the same ability. The Jaguars picked Gabbert ahead of Colin Kaepernick and Andy Dalton in 2010...

31. Oakland Raiders
MVP: QB Terrel Pryor
Biggest Strength: Running game
Biggest Question: Defense
Breakout player: CB DJ Hayden
Why they are here: The Raiders are a mess plain and simple. Major questions at the quarterback, wide receiver, and defensive side of the ball. Even their running back, McFadden has major health concerns. If everything goes right this could be a 8-8 team, if everything goes wrong this could be a winless team. Things do not look good right now for the Raiders

Winner of the Jadaveon Clowney Sweepstakes

32. NY Jets
MVP: Do i have to?.... sigh.... fine: CB Antonio Cromartie
Biggest Strength: Pass defense
Biggest Question: Quarterback
Breakout Player: CB Dee Miliner
Why they are here: The offense is a wreck, and its not all Sanchez and Smith's fault. Who is supposed to run the ball or catch the ball? This team is at least a year away from competing for a playoff spot.

So there you go Frodo's stone, cold, locks for the upcoming NFL Season.
