Yeah the question is why isn't 58 Day Retal Window retaling #90? Why is he still playing and attacking other people, and letting #90 farm him? I can't fathom any scenario except cheating tbh. Unless he's waiting until he has 100 missiles before he retals or something? I dunno, but then why would #90 decide to farm him in the first place if it's not cheating?
