could be, but Bill Gates was on TV this morning talking about how to wipe out poverty in the next twenty years. i missed what he said, but he's either going to refund every purchase of a Microsoft product, or he's very close to being able to hack the launch codes for every ICBM on the planet. I'm thinking along the lines of the ICBMs. he's been too rich most of his life.
