Look at the numbers closely Mrford.
I used the same # of tech.
Business 139,836 158.6%
Residential 187,085 166.3%
139,000 + 187,000 = 326085 tech
Then I used Tech Calculator on same amount of land and that's how I got 224%.

Enter in 326085 tech onto 15k land and you will get 224%.
