@ Ebert00
0 top 10s; but, this is my 4th set. How many top 10's do you have with a dictator with all the sets you've played?

@ Kingme
I say it's a perfect example because he spent:
7 turns to attack
14 turns to build (assuming 70 BPT)

And it took only 2 turns to take all that away. Granted one of the targets he bottom-feeded wasn't one of his targets, but my point is that bottom feeding just doesn't seem to be profitable on EXPRESS. If players are at the bottom it's either because they're inexperienced or plan to jump later. If you're not always at top you expenses are higher, thus those players you're bottom-feeding will eventually jump and get in their retal but at a significantly higher cost.

Don't get me wrong- I'm not saying bottom-feeding shouldn't be used as a strategy. I'm merely presenting an argument as to why I believe it's not profitable. As Ebert mentioned before, his method works & he has proof with his results. I have no results as of yet. I do know one thing, there are significantly more dictators this set. And that places a smile on my face.

Further example:

PS Jul 24, 11:55 Forsaken (#92) Seven of Nine (#20) 120 A
PS Jul 24, 14:06 Indrid Cold (#74) Seven of Nine (#20) 164 A
PS Jul 24, 15:43 DeathFromAbove (#4) Seven of Nine (#20) 102 A
PS Jul 24, 16:44 Bodega Bay (#110) Seven of Nine (#20) 284 A
PS Jul 25, 04:54 Seven of Nine (#20) DeathFromAbove (#4) 693 A
PS Jul 25, 13:07 Seven of Nine (#20) Indrid Cold (#74) 1026 A
PS Jul 25, 15:26 Seven of Nine (#20) Bodega Bay (#110) 927 A

This is the method I'm referring to. If more players did this- bottom-feeding wouldn't occur as much. Only retal land. At least on EXPRESS.

Let the bashing continue......

Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
