I would retal on you (if I was expanding acres). For me if I hit you early for 100 acres you are NOT entitled to hit me for 3k acres 3 weeks later without me retaling. For me, that's just a simple retal in my book. If someone ends up fighting me over it, so be it. Theoretically, allowing a full set retal allows people to go all jet baiting attacks so they can return heavy. You'd be able to stockpile harder since you'd be sacrificing defensive strength. It has its pros and cons but if an all jetter where to hit me now after several weeks of just "waiting" not acceptable in my book.
