Let me put this simply. You had two straight months of countries deleted for selling yourself cheap oil.
And now, this set, you have an SO out for 700m barrels of cheap oil. Maybe it's just me, but if I had half a dozen countries deleted for selling myself cheap oil, I might not make sure every reset to put out SOs for impossibly cheap oil. That's assuming you're doing it every reset, and not just this reset when millions of barrels of impossibly cheap oil happened to sell. Either way, wtf?
