I agree it is the staff's job but...
The new players can not find these rules which the staff has so kindly posted to the forum.
Moot and others are asking where these staff posted rules can be found.
Up to date with the modern GDI, spy restrictions, DR formulas and spy op info, etc.
Please enlighten.
