But i feel at a minimum you should restart with 120(120). If you self delete can you get a full turns restart? If someone makes a fresh country midset dont they start with 120(120)? I feel like that's how it was in e2025.

Starting at 0s is like 5 days to even come oop and get FA. Takes people completely out of the war for the better part of the week and certainly needs consideration.

It's hard to remember because it was so many years ago, but I'm almost certain you used to start fresh at 120(120).
