What do you mean exactly? For the most part, it looks like techer NPC countries are dumping their med tech at the auto buy price of $1000: http://li.epicgamer.org/...express/item.php?name=med

With the code currently live on Express, as far as I know NPC countries will not purchase med tech until their final destock. If they need to spend money on the public market and med tech offers the best value for dollars per NW then they will purchase it then.

In a future round of Express, NPC countries may purchase very cheap medical tech for stockpiling purposes. However, I doubt that Express has enough turns to see that happen often.

oh, i saw a buttload of medical at 6k+ and then it dissapeared. i guess it just timed out on market, can't seem to find where it would have been purchased.

My guess is that an NPC techer saw that the med tech market was empty and decided to sell its med tech at a high price. Naturally, no one bought it.
