Is it true that you get more recruits, even old players to come back, for a War Set only to leave after cuz they are bored with bots and netters that you aren't allowed to hit?

Increase ghost acres so when player hits player they aren't so butt hurt about getting 100% of their land back and then some.

Remove ghost acre bonus for bot countries and give like a 75% bonus for player on player action.

Also bring back Chevs for a set for a bomb reunion and then ban him again immediately following that sets end, or after two weeks when they are tag killed ;P
