It's quiet because of the developers, moderators and administrators over the last 20 years doing nothing except causing trouble without making any improvements to the game.

Considering you have been caught running multis so many times, I am still surprised that you don't get alerted to the fact that if you didn't multi then you'd be around long enough to actually play out a whole reset.
