Not a bad start, you should find it more effective to research 1 or 2 categories that are selling the best on the public market. Also, change governments right now to either Theocracy or Democracy. Communism is one of the worste governments for the techer strategy.

To continue to grow you will need to start selling your tech so you can finance your buildings.

Build up your bpt and also destroy all buildings other than labs cs and have about 5-10% as industrial complexes at 100% for spies.

Don't produce anything other than spies... buy the military you need on the public market.

Don't buy anything other than turrets until you're ready to grab land. you only need a nominal amount of troops and tanks to deter suiciders.

As a techer, always have your land fully built. tech points per turn depends on the proportion of labs:land.

1)Compare the prices and tech the one that will give you the most profit, however, the price isn't the only important thing, some techs are more useful to you than others.

The most useful techs for you are:
Tier1 Netting:
Business
Residential

Will increase your income and is sure to help a lot when you run turns in the future.

Tier1 Wartechs:
Warfare
Weapon

A lot of missiles will make sure that only the people with brass balls will attack you, and weapon tech helps to deter most attackers.

Everything else is situational :)

Cashing is the option to "Cash" your turns for a +20% boost of cash per turn...

NOT WORTH IT

Only Cashers should do that and NEVER this early :)

and You are a techer, so cashing turns is a big No no :)
