You should convert to commi and tear down all buildings other then IC's and CS's. Selling military every day (twice is better) is how you make all your money for building, tech food and oil. Also you want to focus on jets and turrets for most of your production (you make the same number of troops as jets and turrets per indy and they ushally sell for much more).
