Alpha Server access gifted for the next 48h

Hi all...

In the spirit of testing, I've decided to give alpha access to anybody who tests on http://qz.earthempires.com in the next 48 hours.

The alpha access will continue until we build a new user system in a few months.


So test now and get fancy alpha server access and all the turns you can burn! :)


I should add that THIS IS CONNECTED TO THE LIVE DB, meaning if you mess with your country on here it is permanent. There could be bugs, but I've been playing on it for like two months now, so should be good.

I didn't see an alpha server.

He said you would be _granted_ access, not that you get it now by using the test server. :P

Actually it's automagically granting access to anybody using the qz. version

I wouldn't know, since I already have access to alpha for a year lol.

What is alpha anyways? Just a sim server?

N/M i Got it. Seems like mobile version doesn't work for alpha. Only on full site.

magic market is funny. really need to have expenses and decay maxed to even play properly lol.

Is it ok for testing strats at least? I'd imagine it'd be hard with no consumers on the market to buy your stuff.

Haven't tried it but can you just magic sell it at the prices you want to simulate?

Yes, that's what the point of the magic market was.

That and the fact that nobody played so the market was always empty...
