I'm unable to join GDI in Primary, I have not attacked anyone in at least a week or more, and I've tried FF, Chrome, and IE, the page just refreshes, please help!

If you ever attack anyone at all you cant join. You have to join before you attack anyone.

GDI RULES ON THIS SERVER ARE DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS. HERE, YOU MAY NOT JOIN GDI AFTER YOU'VE ATTACKED ANYONE AT ALL. YOU HAVE TO JOIN RIGHT AWAY EACH RESET, BEFORE MAKING A SINGLE ATTACK. IF YOU FORGET, YOU'RE STUCK WITHOUT GDI UNTIL NEXT RESET.
