I can only attack a country once the whole set or they can "suicide" on me? I'm spreading my hit's out. I only hit a country once then move on but I haven't been keeping a list of which one's I hit.

On another topic, with the new GDI am I able to attack a country 2 times smaller than my size? I remember on previous resets if you are GDI you are not allowed to attack a country 2 times smaller than you or vice versa.
