well i dont understand why that is possible when i was not in GDI.

GDI is only 4x, Humanitarians is 8x or 1/8th.

if this was in the last few hours of the set that range shrinks with every turn tick.

GDI has no effect on who you can hit on this server only what you can hit with (except last 6 hours of a reset).

Humanitarians are 1/4 and starts shrinking on the last day of the reset.

Sectr's opponent was either consistently lucky or he was using the humanitarian range to his advantage.

The latter, I did it set before last set to war an idiot that kept bottom feeding me and jumping, so I made missiles, got in range, unloaded, dropped out of range, repeat all set long
