Don't think so. I just failed an insane amount of spy ops once he got deleted. I hate this spying thing - cant seem to get it right

I was allied with Cica but didn't notice an increase in fails since he has been deleted: anyhow, if you want, i'll drop him and send an offer to you when i'll log on next :)
