Very bad damage,1200 empty acres,ton of destroyed units,over 20 blk ops...worst part....I can touch him!,humanitarians block me,o well,ill just brush this one off...

Ya,I already spent 70 turns rebuilbing and I'm still behind,my PCI went from -490k per turn to -1.050M per turn,uphill battle!
