100/100 means you're not unveiling that MBR strat you laid out after last set ended. but 100/100 would be pretty damn impressive.

i think 100/100 is harder. I don't feel like doing the math to see if expense would benefit more than building cost. But either way, i'm paying a ransom in either building or military.
