Playing a Communist country in Primary and can only see how to make deffensive, intelligence, and research alliances and not offensive or trade pacts. Is this a limitation of my government choise, are these alliances not made in Primary? Is the wiki and help files wrong and refering to former Earth 2025 games - are there no such alliances?

offensive alliances has been removed from primary server 2 sets ago. because it has been abused before.

alliance, FFA, team servers have full alliances still.

express and tourney have zero alliances available.

And there are no trade pacts in primary either
